About us
Lifeline Gippsland (LLG) is a not-for-profit organisation that provides a range of community programs to the Gippsland community. LLG provides a range of services to the community including the National 24-hour Telephone Crisis Support Service 13 11 14, as well as suicide prevention and mental health awareness programs and training.
As a valuable member of the Crisis Services team, you will be responsible for delivering consistently high-quality training sessions to a variety of audiences, including our volunteer crisis support workers, community and corporate groups.

About you
In order to fulfil the key responsibilities of Community and Corporate Trainer you will have a strong passion for training in the community services industry, including recent experience or a demonstrated currency. You will be an excellent communicator who is confident in delivering material that is emotionally sensitive, and possess high levels of empathy and emotional intelligence.
Your skills and experience

The professional we seek must have a current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment. To ensure your success in this role you must have excellent organisational and administration management skills. Experience in facilitating training in community and corporate settings is desired.
