Transport and Logistics Assistant

About You:
As the Transport and Logistics Assistant you will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience to the customers and donors in our community, collecting and/or delivering furniture donations, supporting and servicing our five shops across Gippsland, collections of excess donations and delivery of rags to customers. As the Transport and Logistics Assistant you will be hands on working with our amazing volunteer team and championing a high level of customer service in our community.
You will have/be:

Demonstrated experience or a strong desire in warehousing and furniture removals

Undertaking physical labour
-
Experience and/or willingness to drive a 3.5 tonne truck

Forklift licence essential
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with volunteers

Highly motivated and dynamic individual

Willingness to learn and grow
