Morwell Store & Sorting Supervisor

About You:
As the Store and Sorting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Morwell Super Store, including achieving monthly budgeted sales, undertaking stock control, and motivating and leading a small team of dedicated volunteers.
You will have/be:
- Demonstrated experience in managing a retail store
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail store or similar environment
- Merchandising, recruitment, and training experience
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills
- Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills
- Excellent people management skills
- Experience working with volunteers
- Hands-on leadership skills
- Highly motivated and dynamic individual
