Celebrate World Op Shop Day with us at Traralgon Centre Plaza!

Bring along your pre-loved clothes and take part in a feel-good event that supports your local community. Everyone who donates will go into the draw to win a beautiful gift hamper!

This special event is happening on Saturday 18th October, right in the Food Court area of Traralgon Centre Plaza, where you can donate between 10am and 2pm.

Proudly organised by Traralgon Centre Plaza in support of Lifeline Gippsland, this day is all about giving back and making sure no one has to face their darkest moment alone.

With just 9% of the funding needed to run our 13 11 14 crisis line coming from government sources, Lifeline Gippsland relies heavily on the support of our community and the income from our five Op Shops across the region.

We're so thankful to Traralgon Centre Plaza for putting this event together and standing beside us in supporting mental health and crisis services across Gippsland.

Is your mental health first aid certificate about to expire? Are you due for a short refresher course? Well good news as Lifeline Gippsland offers Mental Health First Aid refresher training across Gippsland!

Join us to refresh your Mental Health First Aid accreditation and knowledge by learning about the latest research in the mental health field. Work through mental health first aid interactions and refine your skills across a range of mental health concerns and crisis situations.

**Please Note**
You must have completed your Standard MHFA training within the past 3 years to qualify for the refresher training. Once attended you can complete a short assessment at the end of the course to extend your Mental Health First Aid accreditation for a further 3 years.

By choosing Lifeline Gippsland as your training provider, you are also helping to raise vital funds for suicide prevention.
