The team at Loy Yang B Power Station has shown what genuine corporate partnership can look like: local people using their time and skills to strengthen the community they live and work in. And the impact goes far beyond physical labour. Their support removes pressure from our team, builds our capacity and allows us to focus on the work that matters most.

Lifeline Gippsland must raise 90% of the funding needed to keep our local crisis support centre operating. We’re looking for more businesses willing to stand beside us through volunteering, funding, resources or long-term partnership.

FREE DOMESTIC & FAMILY VIOLENCE RESPONSE TRAINING – September

1-Day Workshop

DV-aware is an interactive workshop where participants can learn how to recognise and respond to domestic and family violence and what they can do to help make a difference.

All aged over 18 years are welcome. You don't have to work in health services.

HOW MANY HOURS DO VOLUNTEERS NEED TO DO ONCE ACCREDITED?

Accredited phone crisis supporters generally commit to around 4 hours per fortnight. Lifeline Gippsland’s application form also lists a minimum of 92 logged-in hours per year, which works out to roughly 8 hours per month.
