Here at Lifeline Gippsland we have two exciting roles that we are currently recruiting to:

Business Manager (short term / full time)

As part of the senior management team, the Business Manager is responsible for the development of new income streams and managing current income generation strategies (including opportunity shops, bulk and rag sales).  Importantly you will lead and provide support to a small team of paid staff and a large team of volunteers across our retail stores and warehouse.

The successful candidate will have a relevant tertiary qualification or extensive experience in the area of small business management.  Experience in budget management, inventory or stock control is essential as is a demonstrated ability to effectively manage volunteers and employees.  Your ability to establish and manage stakeholder relationships is also pivotal to your success in this role.

Crisis Services Coordinator (2-year term / part time)

We are also seeking an experienced  Coordinator to manage the Crisis Care Call Program and a small team of volunteers to support the program.

Relevant tertiary qualifications in psychology or other relevant discipline, demonstrated counselling and debriefing experience, expertise in suicide prevention and highly developed interpersonal skills are all essential for this role.
