Strategic Plan 2017
July 27, 2017Our new Strategic Plan is well underway and to assist Board members, staff and volunteers from various areas within Lifeline Gippsland came together to raise ideas and discuss their potential benefit to the organisation. The workshop was facilitated by consultant Linda Stoneman.
A draft Strategic Plan has been developed and we are preparing to share with staff and volunteers to ensure it reflects the outcomes derived on the day.
Whilst the amazing lunch was a highlight, it was great to see so many attend and provide an input into the future direction of LLG.
