Book Fair 2016 – Escape from Reality!

Help turn Lifeline Gippsland’s 2 Day Book Fair on 14 & 15 April 2016 into a huge fundraising success!

Our Book Fair is an important fundraising activity to help us raise much needed funds to support our 24-hour Telephone Crisis Support Service 13 11 14 and to assist with running other vital programs that support our Gippsland community each year.

Lifeline Gippsland have books suitable for all readers and age groups including categories such as History, Crime, Cooking, Children’s, Travel, Art, Music, Sport, Fiction and Non Fiction, Romance, Business, Gardening, Technical, Geography, Religion, Education and even Poetry.

The Book Fair will be held at the Morwell Shop and Warehouse, commencing at 9.30am.

Celebrate World Op Shop Day with us at Traralgon Centre Plaza!

Bring along your pre-loved clothes and take part in a feel-good event that supports your local community. Everyone who donates will go into the draw to win a beautiful gift hamper!

This special event is happening on Saturday 18th October, right in the Food Court area of Traralgon Centre Plaza, where you can donate between 10am and 2pm.

Proudly organised by Traralgon Centre Plaza in support of Lifeline Gippsland, this day is all about giving back and making sure no one has to face their darkest moment alone.

With just 9% of the funding needed to run our 13 11 14 crisis line coming from government sources, Lifeline Gippsland relies heavily on the support of our community and the income from our five Op Shops across the region.

We're so thankful to Traralgon Centre Plaza for putting this event together and standing beside us in supporting mental health and crisis services across Gippsland.

DV-aware is an interactive workshop where participants can learn how to recognise and respond to domestic and family violence and what they can do to help make a difference.
