The next ASIST 11 workshop will take place at Lifeline Gippsland across the 15th & 16th of June.

ASIST is a two-day interactive workshop in suicide first-aid. ASIST teaches participants to recognise when someone may be at risk of suicide and then work with that person to create a plan that will support their immediate safety. Although ASIST is widely used by healthcare providers, participants don’t need any formal training to attend the workshop – ASIST can be learned and used by anyone.

Celebrate World Op Shop Day with us at Traralgon Centre Plaza!

Bring along your pre-loved clothes and take part in a feel-good event that supports your local community. Everyone who donates will go into the draw to win a beautiful gift hamper!

This special event is happening on Saturday 18th October, right in the Food Court area of Traralgon Centre Plaza, where you can donate between 10am and 2pm.

Proudly organised by Traralgon Centre Plaza in support of Lifeline Gippsland, this day is all about giving back and making sure no one has to face their darkest moment alone.

With just 9% of the funding needed to run our 13 11 14 crisis line coming from government sources, Lifeline Gippsland relies heavily on the support of our community and the income from our five Op Shops across the region.

We're so thankful to Traralgon Centre Plaza for putting this event together and standing beside us in supporting mental health and crisis services across Gippsland.
