Wonthaggi Store and Sorting Supervisor

This incredibly rewarding role allows you to use your retail skills to help generate vital funds that support Lifeline Gippsland’s 13 11 14 Crisis Support Line and local suicide prevention initiatives across our community.

About You:

As the Store and Sorting Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our Wonthaggi Store, including achieving monthly budgeted sales, undertaking stock control, and motivating and leading a small team of dedicated volunteers. This is a part-time role and some Saturday work may be required.

You will have/be:

·        Demonstrated experience in managing a retail store

·        A minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a retail store or similar environment

·        Merchandising, recruitment, and training experience

·        Strong interpersonal and selling skills

·        Excellent customer service and rapport-building skills

·        Excellent people management skills

·        Experience working with volunteers

·        Hands-on leadership skills

·        Highly motivated and dynamic individual

·        Ability to work autonomously
