Retail Operations Coordinator

Lifeline Gippsland | Morwell

Lead, support and strengthen the operations of Lifeline Gippsland’s Opportunity Shops and warehouse while helping generate vital income that funds local suicide prevention and crisis support services.

We are seeking an experienced retail leader with a passion for people, operational excellence and community impact. Reporting to the Business Operations Manager, you will provide leadership and support to Shop Coordinators and warehouse teams, drive sales performance, enhance customer experience, build community partnerships and contribute to the ongoing success of our retail operations.

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrated leadership experience
• Retail operations experience, ideally including multi-site retail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience achieving sales and operational targets
• Sound knowledge of workplace health and safety
• Current Victorian Driver Licence, Working with Children Check and Police Check
