Life expectancy at birth is lower for males across all Gippsland Local Government Areas (LGAs); the Victorian figure is 80.3 years for males and 84.4 for females, whereas the worst Gippsland statistic is for the Latrobe Valley with 76.9 for males and 82.2 for females.

Celebrate World Op Shop Day with us at Traralgon Centre Plaza!

Bring along your pre-loved clothes and take part in a feel-good event that supports your local community. Everyone who donates will go into the draw to win a beautiful gift hamper!

This special event is happening on Saturday 18th October, right in the Food Court area of Traralgon Centre Plaza, where you can donate between 10am and 2pm.

Proudly organised by Traralgon Centre Plaza in support of Lifeline Gippsland, this day is all about giving back and making sure no one has to face their darkest moment alone.

With just 9% of the funding needed to run our 13 11 14 crisis line coming from government sources, Lifeline Gippsland relies heavily on the support of our community and the income from our five Op Shops across the region.

We're so thankful to Traralgon Centre Plaza for putting this event together and standing beside us in supporting mental health and crisis services across Gippsland.
