Lifeline took over one million calls last year.
Volunteers come from all walks of life, and comprehensive training is provided to help become Lifeline Crisis Supporter.

We are proud to announce our first Community Training for 2026 - LivingWorks safeTALK.

Thanks to the Latrobe Health Services Foundation we are extremely fortunate to offer this training at the heavily subsidised cost of just $25 per person.
We will soon be announcing an expanded training calendar with sessions delivered across all Gippsland LGAs and Cardinia throughout the year.

Our initial training sessions will be held at the following locations:

*17 March – 10.00am to 2.00pm
Lifeline Gippsland, Morwell

*31 March – 10.00am to 2.00pm
Warragul Neighbourhood House

Conference Rooms and Office Space for Hire
Looking for a great conference room or meeting room for an upcoming seminar or event? Lifeline Gippsland has a quality venue for hire! Our facility is set up to accommodate large or small groups, with rooms suitable for anything from social functions to formal meetings.
A first-class facility

We have a large conference room with floor-to-ceiling partitions that can divide the venue into three smaller style meeting rooms where necessary. A large adjoining break-out area provides a comfortable option for serving refreshments or taking breaks. The conference venue is also equipped with audio-visual facilities, a ceiling-mounted data projector, whiteboards, flip charts, and wi-fi access.

We also have a range of office spaces ideal for private consultations, focused individual work, or small meetings, with flexible options for short‑term hire or co‑location.

Lifeline Gippsland is thrilled to announce that we have been selected by the Beyond Bank Foundation to receive a grant to specifically recruit and train Crisis Supporter Volunteers for the National 13 11 14 Crisis Services Line.
The $50,000 Grant will go directly into building internal capability and resources to support ongoing recruitment efforts for Crisis Supporters; an area that is crucial to supporting the community to be resilient and suicide safe. We are excited to collaborate with @stitch_productions to grow our current pool of volunteer Crisis Supporters, to answer even more calls and support more Help Seekers.

We’re Open for Donations!

Lifeline Gippsland’s Morwell and Traralgon Stores are now accepting donations Monday to Friday from 9am–1pm, Saturday 10am-1pm.

Your generous contributions help support our lifesaving services and keep quality items circulating in our community.

To help our incredible volunteers sort and prepare donations for sale, we’re unable to accept donations outside these hours.
This afternoon time is essential. It allows our team to safely sort, price, and organise items so they can make the biggest impact possible.
We truly appreciate your understanding and ongoing support.
Together, we’re making a difference every day.

🕘 Donation Hours: 9am–1pm Mon-Fri, 10am-1pm Sat
📍 Morwell & Traralgon Lifeline Gippsland Stores
There is no change to our Sale, Churchill and Wonthaggi Stores. They are accepting donations during all operation hours.
