Mental Health First Aid Training through the Latrobe & Region Suicide Prevention Network
July 8, 2016Sponsored by the Latrobe & Region Suicide Prevention Network and delivered by Lifeline Gippsland, course participants will learn about the signs and symptoms of the common and disabling mental health problems, how to provide initial help, where and how to get professional help, what sort of help has been shown by research to be effective and how to provide first aid in a crisis situation.
Participants will need to attend all four sessions: 9th, 16th 23rd and 30th August from 6pm – 9:30pm
Cost: $50 or $20 (Concession)
